Scholarship

The KIP College Scholarship is a new student admission process aimed at those who demonstrate academic achievement and a high enthusiasm for learning, as well as face economic limitations.   

The scholarship admission process is based on all the registration stages that must be completed by prospective students. The benefits of this scholarship include exemption from tuition fees for 8 semesters and a stipend every semester.

​ Persyaratan Beasiswa KIP

1. Graduated high school, vocational school, or equivalent forms who graduated in 2022, 2021, and 2020;
2. Have good academic potential but face economic limitations;
3. Possess a program assistance card such as the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP), or come from a family participating in the Family Hope Program (PKH), or are students from social/orphanages, or students from families listed in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS);
4. Combined gross parental/guardian income of no more than IDR 4,000,000 (four million rupiahs) per month or combined gross parental/guardian income divided by the number of family members of no more than IDR 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand rupiahs).

Prosedur Pendaftaran KIP

1. Students can directly register independently on the KIP College System website at kip-kuliah.kemdikbud.go.id or through the KIP College mobile apps.
2. During registration, students enter their NIK, NISN, NPSN, and a valid and active email address.
3. The KIP College System will then validate the NIK, NISN, and NPSN, as well as the eligibility for KIP College.
4. If the validation process is successful, the KIP College System will send the Registration Number and Access Code to the registered email address.
5. Students complete the KIP College registration process and choose the selection path they will follow (SNMPTN/SBMPTN/SMPN/UMPN/Independent).
6. Next, students complete the registration process on the national higher education admission selection portal or information system according to the chosen selection path. The synchronization process with the system will then be carried out using a host-to-host scheme.
7. For prospective KIP College recipients who have been declared accepted at a Higher Education Institution, further verification can be conducted by the Higher Education Institution before being proposed as prospective KIP College scholarship recipients.
